Their toughness is supported by laboratory and field durability testing to the stringent OEM requirements. LUCKY YOU:  We know how it goes: even with the stock fog lights turned on to supplement the low beams, you still can't see anything at night. Luckily for you, the Morimoto Retro-Quik system is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade for a big performance boost inside the headlights on all first-gen Mazda6 cars. 

BI-XENON PROJECTORS: Morimoto's most modern bi-xenon, the Mini H1 7.0, was an instant winner upon launch. Representing the first full overhaul of the Mini H1 since way back when the 1.0 came out, it's now one of the most advanced headlight projectors in the world today. Revised reflector optics paired with their curved cutoff shield produces one of the widest low beam patterns we've ever seen, and a high beam that will easily go the distance. Kuria Optic clear lenses maximize intensity throughout, and keep the cutoff line sharp, colorful, and attractive. New side-action solenoids are more than 3x stronger than the old and fussy vertically-sprung units. Result: Maximum light on the ground, zero glare to oncoming traffic.

MOUNTING HARDWARE: 100% Engineered in the US. Laser cut from automotive-grade G10 fiberglass. The Retro-Quik brackets at the heart of the kit are designed to adapt the Morimoto Mini 7.0 Bi-xenon projectors directly in place of the unsophisticated stock units. Using the original mounting holes paired with new hardware, they are the beauty behind the kit that makes it an easy install. You're welcome.  

OPTIONAL HID BALLASTS: Morimoto’s XB ballasts are a functional work of art. While the industrial-edge design by California native Artur Saakyan looks great from the outside, they’re packed with too much modern tech on the inside to cover it all in on place. Their DSP 3.0 circuit maximizes reliability, input and output efficiency. Their ability to warm the bulbs up to full operating intensity quickly is matched by few. Hardly are all aftermarket-HID ballasts the same, and the XB’s make that clear in most every category in our opinion.

OPTIONAL H1 HID BULBS: Homegrown by Morimoto to out-perform any alternatives on the market when installed in projector-based headlight…and it shows. We admit the latest generation XB HID bulbs are pretty impressive when compared to other bulbs, and even older Morimoto bulbs. At the heart of the XB bulbs is their perfectly-aligned 100% Philips quartz glass capsule that houses high quality halide salts from German-supplier Messer. In our annual lux comparison test, they produced nearly the same luminosity (intensity) as the industry benchmark Osram CBI bulbs at 5500K. No, you're not seeing things here, but yes you will be seeing everything at night.

OPTIONAL RELAY HARNESS: As one of the most important parts in any HID lighting upgrade, don't skimp out when it comes to your wiring. It doesn't matter how good your ballasts are or how good your bulbs are, if your harness is a piece of crap, when it gives out your headlights are gonzo. The Morimoto HD Relay harness is easily worth the premium price compared to cheaper alternatives. With triple-sealed twin relays, 14ga. stranded copper wiring, over-molded fittings, and plug-n-play functionality, it will ensure everything functions properly and permanently from the original in-cabin controls. It’s easily the best headlight wire harness out there.

OPTIONAL HIGH BEAM SPLITTERS: Double high beams?! whaaaat! Put simply, the optional Morimoto high beam splitters allow you to make this feature work easily without any cutting or splicing to the factory wiring by diverting power from the halogen bulb into the projector’s high beam solenoid, making them both work at the same time.

OPTIONAL HOUSING SEALANT: Protection is priceless! When you're putting together a set of high-end headlights, the last thing you want is moisture in 'em the first time it rains outside. RetroRubber is the most effective way to make sure the original seal is fully restored. For the small price, why anybody wouldn’t prevent their new headlights from fogging up is beyond us. It’ll be the best twelve bucks you’ve ever spent.

TSP Racing G Series Coilover kits are built for road and track use, TSP's Coilovers are fully height-adjustable, allowing you to keep the ride height the same as factory, or up to 50mm/2in lower. Damping of the piston valves are matched to each spring rate. The springs are preloaded from the factory, so you don't have to configure that before driving. Just set your ride height and damping preference with the 24 click linear adjustments.

The engineers in our factory invest time and money into research and development to ensure the highest quality, best performance kits on the market. TSP Racing Coilovers are not 'one size fits all' with adapters. Each kit is designed specifically for the vehicle, and all kits are tested and developed to ensure maximum performance.

Got your new coilovers and need to know how to properly adjust them?

Aluminum alloy upper mounts, surface anodized treatment, very strong, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant aluminum oxide layer. TSP Racing rubber top plates are utilized frequently on our kits. If the front of the vehicle utilizes a camber plate, the rear will use a rubber top plate, although pillowball tops are frequently available for dedicated track vehicles. For all kits in which a camber plate cannot be utilized (A-arm suspensions) the top plates will be rubber front and rear. The main design feature of the rubber top plate is that it dampens NVH from reaching the cabin as much as possible enabling an OEM-like quiet ride. All rubber top plates have a durometer rating of 75A in order to achieve the best balance between performance and comfort.

Pillow Ball Top Hats

The pillowball top plate is used as an upgrade in the rear of a vehicle in lieu of the rubber top plate. Rubber is used as standard to limit NVH from making its way into the cabin although this upgrade is available on various chassis at the customer’s request. Please contact us directly to see what options are available for your specific platform. The pillowball top plate is a good upgrade for customers seeking a more track oriented, rigid setup where NVH is not much of a factor.

SAE9254 Steel Springs

Cold roll formed, anti-deformed with its excellent steel property and prolonged life span.3 main styles are used; linear, s-barrel, and v-barrel

Springs are marked with their length and spring rate in mm-kg/mm for example 220-07 os a 220 mm long spring with 07kg/mm spring rate.

French TOTAL Rotary Dedicated Oil

Corresponds to more changing stroke, stable properties can delay the recession, and remain similar viscosity even at extremely high temperatures.

NOK Oil Seals

We use the same NOK Oil seals as Tein. They are used for Anti-attrition and spoilage after long-term usage. Reducing the problem of oil leaks.

Lower Mounts/Base

The lower mount is where our suspension bolts to your wheel hubs. Each lower mount is designed to be an OEM replacement. We provide any and all OEM mounting points and brackets that were on the OEM shock. The lower mount, and the upper mount, is where reverse engineering the OEM suspension plays its biggest role. The process ensures everything is welded and mounted in OEM positions so that your brake lines, wheel speed sensors, and harnesses are a direct fit. Our lower mounts, whenever possible, are made of seamless steel tubing and all brackets are hand welded. Once the lower mount is completed, it is then sand blasted and powder coated in order to prevent rust and corrosion.

Shocks

We are now at the center point of our kit. As you can imagine, we have a wide variety of shock types, lengths and diameters. Each vehicle depending on our data from R&D, and accounting for the OEM suspension design will utilize a different style of shock. Each shock is hand assembled in our factory and dyno tested before use in our kits. This also helps to ensure there are no oil leaks or noise. Shocks are paired together by their compression and rebound numbers after dyno testing to a 3% variance from side to side. This means that in your kit, the fronts and rears are paired almost exactly the same to ensure proper ride quality and performance of the suspension. Each shock is coated in black via EPD, which provides a cohesive appearance, and to help with corrosion resistance.

Adjustment Rings

Height adjustments are made with separate CNC-Machined locking rings for accuracy and smooth adjustment with separate damper shock length adjustment to retain full-stroke and allows for precision suspension tuning. The wide range of allowable ride-height adjustment allows for a conservative drop to more aggressive ride heights for an aggressive stance, or to fine tune your suspension for the circuit to gain full potential of your vehicle's handling capabilities.

Our basic lock ring is located under the spring seat. This ring is special because its primary function is to torque against the spring seat and lock it in place. The lock ring will torque and secure itself to the spring seat securely once properly tightened so that the preload does not change unless the customer decides to make a change. The spring seat and basic lock ring are the two rings that are responsible for gaining leverage to make height adjustment for our coilover systems. Please note that you do not turn the rings independently to adjust height, you simply use them as a leverage point to rotate the shock body into and out of the lower mount to adjust height, but they must be locked together to achieve this.

The lower lock ring is tasked with keeping the shock locked into place once final ride height is selected. The lower lock ring must be loosened before making any sort of height adjustment and locked down properly afterwards using our spanner wrenches.

If you want to lower the vehicle, you spin the spring seat clockwise to thread the shock body into the lower mount.

 

 

Tools

Tools that are included in the kit are the spanner wrenches and your adjustment knobs. These tools are what give you the ability to really customize and tune your new suspension system.

The Spanner wrenches are a crucial tool in adjusting the ride height of your vehicle. They allow you to adjust the position of the shock inside the body and insure the tension on your spring.

The adjustment knobs are used to help you customize the overall feel of your ride, whether your damping is soft or firm.

On G-Racing coilovers with 32 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-32: Suggested for track use.
9-16: Suggested for mountain/aggressive use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

On G-Street Coilovers with 24 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-24: Suggested for sportier/aggressive use.
9-16: Suggested for spirited driving use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

 

Warranty

TSP Racing coilovers come with a 1 year unlimited mile limited warranty that covers all the main shock body components.

6 month warranty of consumables like rubber top mount, end links, etc

Camber plates are not covered under this warranty and have warranty because of the metal on metal contact.

All kits are completely rebuildable and individual parts are available separately for purchase.

About the TSP brand

After quite a few years of research and networking with the industry's best manufacturers, and fabricating and building some prototype parts, TruSpeed Performance decided to launch the TSP brand early 2016. We decided to start with a focus on Suspension and Alignment parts as there are so many companies out there increasing and tuning engines but many often neglect tuning the suspension. Not only does a car need to go fast, but it needs to handle as well. We decided to start by offering quality coilover systems for a large variety of vehicles. After a good amount of searching and negotiating, we decided to work with a company out of Taiwan who was putting out an impressive product and that had over 10 years of experience building suspension systems for other major companies. We were impressed by the quality of the materials used, and their willingness to create and customize applications for our customer's needs. We are constantly expanding the applications that are well over 700 at this point.

We plan to continue to grow the brand and are already putting out our Tru-Align Alignment systems to compliment and help best utilize the power of our TSP Racing G Series Coilovers.

Lower Mounts/Base

The lower mount is where our suspension bolts to your wheel hubs. Each lower mount is designed to be an OEM replacement. We provide any and all OEM mounting points and brackets that were on the OEM shock. The lower mount, and the upper mount, is where reverse engineering the OEM suspension plays its biggest role. The process ensures everything is welded and mounted in OEM positions so that your brake lines, wheel speed sensors, and harnesses are a direct fit. Our lower mounts, whenever possible, are made of seamless steel tubing and all brackets are hand welded. Once the lower mount is completed, it is then sand blasted and powder coated in order to prevent rust and corrosion.

Shocks

We are now at the center point of our kit. As you can imagine, we have a wide variety of shock types, lengths and diameters. Each vehicle depending on our data from R&D, and accounting for the OEM suspension design will utilize a different style of shock. Each shock is hand assembled in our factory and dyno tested before use in our kits. This also helps to ensure there are no oil leaks or noise. Shocks are paired together by their compression and rebound numbers after dyno testing to a 3% variance from side to side. This means that in your kit, the fronts and rears are paired almost exactly the same to ensure proper ride quality and performance of the suspension. Each shock is coated in black via EPD, which provides a cohesive appearance, and to help with corrosion resistance.

Adjustment Rings

Height adjustments are made with separate CNC-Machined locking rings for accuracy and smooth adjustment with separate damper shock length adjustment to retain full-stroke and allows for precision suspension tuning. The wide range of allowable ride-height adjustment allows for a conservative drop to more aggressive ride heights for an aggressive stance, or to fine tune your suspension for the circuit to gain full potential of your vehicle's handling capabilities.

Our basic lock ring is located under the spring seat. This ring is special because its primary function is to torque against the spring seat and lock it in place. The lock ring will torque and secure itself to the spring seat securely once properly tightened so that the preload does not change unless the customer decides to make a change. The spring seat and basic lock ring are the two rings that are responsible for gaining leverage to make height adjustment for our coilover systems. Please note that you do not turn the rings independently to adjust height, you simply use them as a leverage point to rotate the shock body into and out of the lower mount to adjust height, but they must be locked together to achieve this.

The lower lock ring is tasked with keeping the shock locked into place once final ride height is selected. The lower lock ring must be loosened before making any sort of height adjustment and locked down properly afterwards using our spanner wrenches.

If you want to lower the vehicle, you spin the spring seat clockwise to thread the shock body into the lower mount.

 

 

Tools

Tools that are included in the kit are the spanner wrenches and your adjustment knobs. These tools are what give you the ability to really customize and tune your new suspension system.

The Spanner wrenches are a crucial tool in adjusting the ride height of your vehicle. They allow you to adjust the position of the shock inside the body and insure the tension on your spring.

The adjustment knobs are used to help you customize the overall feel of your ride, whether your damping is soft or firm.

On G-Racing coilovers with 32 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-32: Suggested for track use.
9-16: Suggested for mountain/aggressive use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

On G-Street Coilovers with 24 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-24: Suggested for sportier/aggressive use.
9-16: Suggested for spirited driving use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

 

Warranty

TSP Racing coilovers come with a 1 year unlimited mile limited warranty that covers all the main shock body components.

6 month warranty of consumables like rubber top mount, end links, etc

Camber plates are not covered under this warranty and have warranty because of the metal on metal contact.

About the TSP brand

After quite a few years of research and networking with the industry's best manufacturers, and fabricating and building some prototype parts, TruSpeed Performance decided to launch the TSP brand early 2016. We decided to start with a focus on Suspension and Alignment parts as there are so many companies out there increasing and tuning engines but many often neglect tuning the suspension. Not only does a car need to go fast, but it needs to handle as well. We decided to start by offering quality coilover systems for a large variety of vehicles. After a good amount of searching and negotiating, we decided to work with a company out of Taiwan who was putting out an impressive product and that had over 10 years of experience building suspension systems for other major companies. We were impressed by the quality of the materials used, and their willingness to create and customize applications for our customer's needs. We are constantly expanding the applications that are well over 700 at this point.

We plan to continue to grow the brand and are already putting out our Tru-Align Alignment systems to compliment and help best utilize the power of our TSP Racing G Series Coilovers.

In today's high performance arena, there is more concentration on the whole car than ever before. The "g" force previously measured in straight line acceleration is now being mixed with the "g" force in lateral acceleration.

Within all of the suspension upgrades available for your vehicle, the most overlooked component is the sway bar link. This simple component attaches to the suspension and promotes stabilizing or "planing-out" the vehicle in a turn. Did you know that the simplicity of this link can hurt your car's performance?

Powergrid Inc. has created a system replacing the fixed-length pogo stick configurations. The Powergrid Adjustable Sway-Bar Link System provides the ability to easily adjust or tune the sway bar as part of the suspension system.

The stabilizer-bar has been overlooked as a tunable component in the production-based suspension system due to the lack of an adjustable link. The OEMs recognize that it is important to have a sway bar for cornering stability. It is installed in the suspension system and sent down the assembly line. From personal investigations, the sway bar with fixed length links can induce a load into any two cross-corners of your vehicle. The ability to neutralize the sway bar in your suspension system is a great advantage to baseline, balance, and refines your vehicle's handling characteristics. Powergrid has achieved this by creating adapters that integrate current sway bar link technology to the traditional sway bar architecture.

The Powergrid system has incorporated adjustable THK resin ball-stud links. You may recognize their fixed length siblings that are finding themselves on many new production vehicles. Their toughness is supported by laboratory and field durability testing to the stringent OEM requirements. Heim joints and high misalignment spherical bearings were considered, but do not offer the compliance, the waterproof seal, and are limited in their range of angular articulation. The ball links also offer a very low friction in the joint and has up to 50 degrees of articulation. This eliminates binding and allows for smooth load transitions.


The Powergrid Adjustable Sway-Bar System in not limited to road race cars. Anyone that has taken the time to upgrade their street car's suspension should consider this product. Once again, knowing the influence of your sway bar on your suspension is as important on the street as it is on the track. TSP Racing G Series Coilover kits are built for road and track use, TSP's Coilovers are fully height-adjustable, allowing you to keep the ride height the same as factory, or up to 50mm/2in lower. Just set your ride height and damping preference with the 24 click linear adjustments.

Aluminum alloy upper mounts, surface anodized treatment, very strong, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant aluminum oxide layer. TSP Racing rubber top plates are utilized frequently on our kits. If the front of the vehicle utilizes a camber plate, the rear will use a rubber top plate, although pillowball tops are frequently available for dedicated track vehicles. For all kits in which a camber plate cannot be utilized (A-arm suspensions) the top plates will be rubber front and rear. The main design feature of the rubber top plate is that it dampens NVH from reaching the cabin as much as possible enabling an OEM-like quiet ride. All rubber top plates have a durometer rating of 75A in order to achieve the best balance between performance and comfort.

Pillow Ball Top Hats

The pillowball top plate is used as an upgrade in the rear of a vehicle in lieu of the rubber top plate. Rubber is used as standard to limit NVH from making its way into the cabin although this upgrade is available on various chassis at the customer’s request. Please contact us directly to see what options are available for your specific platform. The pillowball top plate is a good upgrade for customers seeking a more track oriented, rigid setup where NVH is not much of a factor.

SAE9254 Steel Springs

Cold roll formed, anti-deformed with its excellent steel property and prolonged life span.3 main styles are used; linear, s-barrel, and v-barrel

Springs are marked with their length and spring rate in mm-kg/mm for example 220-07 os a 220 mm long spring with 07kg/mm spring rate.

French TOTAL Rotary Dedicated Oil

Corresponds to more changing stroke, stable properties can delay the recession, and remain similar viscosity even at extremely high temperatures.

Please note that you do not turn the rings independently to adjust height, you simply use them as a leverage point to rotate the shock body into and out of the lower mount to adjust height, but they must be locked together to achieve this.

The lower lock ring is tasked with keeping the shock locked into place once final ride height is selected. The lower lock ring must be loosened before making any sort of height adjustment and locked down properly afterwards using our spanner wrenches.

If you want to lower the vehicle, you spin the spring seat clockwise to thread the shock body into the lower mount.

 

 

Tools

Tools that are included in the kit are the spanner wrenches and your adjustment knobs. These tools are what give you the ability to really customize and tune your new suspension system.

The Spanner wrenches are a crucial tool in adjusting the ride height of your vehicle. They allow you to adjust the position of the shock inside the body and insure the tension on your spring.

The adjustment knobs are used to help you customize the overall feel of your ride, whether your damping is soft or firm.

On G-Racing coilovers with 32 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-32: Suggested for track use.
9-16: Suggested for mountain/aggressive use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

On G-Street Coilovers with 24 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-24: Suggested for sportier/aggressive use.
9-16: Suggested for spirited driving use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

 

Warranty

TSP Racing coilovers come with a 1 year unlimited mile limited warranty that covers all the main shock body components.

6 month warranty of consumables like rubber top mount, end links, etc

Camber plates are not covered under this warranty and have warranty because of the metal on metal contact.

All kits are completely rebuildable and individual parts are available separately for purchase.

About the TSP brand

After quite a few years of research and networking with the industry's best manufacturers, and fabricating and building some prototype parts, TruSpeed Performance decided to launch the TSP brand early 2016. We decided to start with a focus on Suspension and Alignment parts as there are so many companies out there increasing and tuning engines but many often neglect tuning the suspension. Not only does a car need to go fast, but it needs to handle as well. We decided to start by offering quality coilover systems for a large variety of vehicles. After a good amount of searching and negotiating, we decided to work with a company out of Taiwan who was putting out an impressive product and that had over 10 years of experience building suspension systems for other major companies. We were impressed by the quality of the materials used, and their willingness to create and customize applications for our customer's needs. We are constantly expanding the applications that are well over 700 at this point.

We plan to continue to grow the brand and are already putting out our Tru-Align Alignment systems to compliment and help best utilize the power of our TSP Racing G Series Coilovers.

It's a well known fact that cooler, denser air contains more oxygen, and more oxygen in your engine's air intake charge means better combustion and more power. Hot air contains fewer oxygen molecules, and if your engine is fed hot air there will be less oxygen and therefore less power. Yet that's exactly what your engine gets with the factory air intake system! The solution to this problem is to install an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake System.

Injen starts the power improvement process by positioning an Injen EA Nanofiber dry air filter behind the front bumper. Here, this free-flowing filter can take in the coolest air possible and funnel it through smooth, mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum alloy tubing. Injen designs and repeatedly tests its systems for each application to make sure they're the least restrictive, all the way to the throttle body. So, instead of power-robbing hot air squeezing through a restrictive air filter and intake duct, your engine is taking in huge quantities of cool air surging through free-flowing tubing. The result is increased horsepower and torque, and improved performance.

But unlike other cold air intake systems, Injen's patented MR (Mega Ram) Technology attains this increased intake airflow and performance while maintaining a safe air/fuel ratio. Injen steps down the diameter of the intake tube where the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor mounts, enabling the sensor to detect airflow within established parameters. 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed6 Oil Catch Can Kit Stage 1 (DM6OCC)

Product Details

Damond Motorsports Oil Catch Can kits come with everything needed for an optimized Oil Catch Can system. An oil catch can is, in a sense, a filter for the positive crankcase ventilation system. The oil catch can(OCC for short) is used to tap and contain blow-by oils and condensed crankcase gases, that would otherwise flow through the PCV system back into the intake tract, and allows for draining of these fluids remotely. With the addition of an OCC kit, blow-by oils and gasses are routed to the OCC allowing them to be captured. This prevents the blow-by from entering the intake system, where it would otherwise contaminate the clean air entering the engine. Cleaner air leads to better combustion, more power, better fuel economy, less detonation, and less oily build-up. 
 
What sets the Damond Motorsports OCC kits apart from the rest, is that we fully test our OCC components, to insure the best OCC set-up for your vehicle. The DM OCC features:
-Fully welded external aluminum structure. Welded on ports for a nice clean look, and to keep weight at a minimum. 
-Layers and layers and layers of perforated baffle plates, allowing a large surface area for blow-by vapors to latch onto and keep the intake tract clean. The bottom layer features an oil scraper. Blow-by is forced directly onto the scraper, while the air is pushed around the sides of the can to the back of the lower chamber. The air is then drawn up diagonally through 3 more perforated plates, before it exits the top chamber. 
-A super easy to use high flowing drain valve(drain plug on the MS6 location 1 kits). 
-Optional DM partial VTA valve and filter OCC set-up(recommended for high boost applications, not compatible with location 1 kits).

TSP Racing G Series Coilover kits are built for road and track use, TSP's Coilovers are fully height-adjustable, allowing you to keep the ride height the same as factory, or up to 50mm/2in lower. Damping of the piston valves are matched to each spring rate. The springs are preloaded from the factory, so you don't have to configure that before driving. Just set your ride height and damping preference with the 24 click linear adjustments.

Got your new coilovers and need to know how to properly adjust them?

Instructions


Aluminum alloy upper mounts, surface anodized treatment, very strong, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant aluminum oxide layer. TSP Racing rubber top plates are utilized frequently on our kits. If the front of the vehicle utilizes a camber plate, the rear will use a rubber top plate, although pillowball tops are frequently available for dedicated track vehicles. For all kits in which a camber plate cannot be utilized (A-arm suspensions) the top plates will be rubber front and rear. The main design feature of the rubber top plate is that it dampens NVH from reaching the cabin as much as possible enabling an OEM-like quiet ride. All rubber top plates have a durometer rating of 75A in order to achieve the best balance between performance and comfort.

Pillow Ball Top Hats

The pillowball top plate is used as an upgrade in the rear of a vehicle in lieu of the rubber top plate. Rubber is used as standard to limit NVH from making its way into the cabin although this upgrade is available on various chassis at the customer’s request. Please contact us directly to see what options are available for your specific platform. The pillowball top plate is a good upgrade for customers seeking a more track oriented, rigid setup where NVH is not much of a factor.

SAE9254 Steel Springs

Cold roll formed, anti-deformed with its excellent steel property and prolonged life span.3 main styles are used; linear, s-barrel, and v-barrel

Springs are marked with their length and spring rate in mm-kg/mm for example 220-07 os a 220 mm long spring with 07kg/mm spring rate.

NOK Oil Seals

We use the same NOK Oil seals as Tein. They are used for Anti-attrition and spoilage after long-term usage. Reducing the problem of oil leaks.

Lower Mounts/Base

The lower mount is where our suspension bolts to your wheel hubs. Each lower mount is designed to be an OEM replacement. We provide any and all OEM mounting points and brackets that were on the OEM shock. The lower mount, and the upper mount, is where reverse engineering the OEM suspension plays its biggest role. The process ensures everything is welded and mounted in OEM positions so that your brake lines, wheel speed sensors, and harnesses are a direct fit. Our lower mounts, whenever possible, are made of seamless steel tubing and all brackets are hand welded. Once the lower mount is completed, it is then sand blasted and powder coated in order to prevent rust and corrosion.

Shocks

We are now at the center point of our kit. As you can imagine, we have a wide variety of shock types, lengths and diameters. Each vehicle depending on our data from R&D, and accounting for the OEM suspension design will utilize a different style of shock. Each shock is hand assembled in our factory and dyno tested before use in our kits. This also helps to ensure there are no oil leaks or noise. Shocks are paired together by their compression and rebound numbers after dyno testing to a 3% variance from side to side. This means that in your kit, the fronts and rears are paired almost exactly the same to ensure proper ride quality and performance of the suspension. Each shock is coated in black via EPD, which provides a cohesive appearance, and to help with corrosion resistance.

Adjustment Rings

Height adjustments are made with separate CNC-Machined locking rings for accuracy and smooth adjustment with separate damper shock length adjustment to retain full-stroke and allows for precision suspension tuning. The wide range of allowable ride-height adjustment allows for a conservative drop to more aggressive ride heights for an aggressive stance, or to fine tune your suspension for the circuit to gain full potential of your vehicle's handling capabilities.

Our basic lock ring is located under the spring seat. This ring is special because its primary function is to torque against the spring seat and lock it in place. The lock ring will torque and secure itself to the spring seat securely once properly tightened so that the preload does not change unless the customer decides to make a change. The spring seat and basic lock ring are the two rings that are responsible for gaining leverage to make height adjustment for our coilover systems. Please note that you do not turn the rings independently to adjust height, you simply use them as a leverage point to rotate the shock body into and out of the lower mount to adjust height, but they must be locked together to achieve this.

The lower lock ring is tasked with keeping the shock locked into place once final ride height is selected. The lower lock ring must be loosened before making any sort of height adjustment and locked down properly afterwards using our spanner wrenches.

If you want to lower the vehicle, you spin the spring seat clockwise to thread the shock body into the lower mount.

 

 

Tools

Tools that are included in the kit are the spanner wrenches and your adjustment knobs. These tools are what give you the ability to really customize and tune your new suspension system.

The Spanner wrenches are a crucial tool in adjusting the ride height of your vehicle. They allow you to adjust the position of the shock inside the body and insure the tension on your spring.

The adjustment knobs are used to help you customize the overall feel of your ride, whether your damping is soft or firm.

On G-Racing coilovers with 32 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-32: Suggested for track use.
9-16: Suggested for mountain/aggressive use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

On G-Street Coilovers with 24 click adjustment your recommended settings are;

17-24: Suggested for sportier/aggressive use.
9-16: Suggested for spirited driving use.
1-8: Suggested for common street use.

 

Warranty

TSP Racing coilovers come with a 1 year unlimited mile limited warranty that covers all the main shock body components.

6 month warranty of consumables like rubber top mount, end links, etc

Camber plates are not covered under this warranty and have warranty because of the metal on metal contact.

All kits are completely rebuildable and individual parts are available separately for purchase.

About the TSP brand

After quite a few years of research and networking with the industry's best manufacturers, and fabricating and building some prototype parts, TruSpeed Performance decided to launch the TSP brand early 2016. We decided to start with a focus on Suspension and Alignment parts as there are so many companies out there increasing and tuning engines but many often neglect tuning the suspension. Not only does a car need to go fast, but it needs to handle as well. We decided to start by offering quality coilover systems for a large variety of vehicles. After a good amount of searching and negotiating, we decided to work with a company out of Taiwan who was putting out an impressive product and that had over 10 years of experience building suspension systems for other major companies. We were impressed by the quality of the materials used, and their willingness to create and customize applications for our customer's needs. We are constantly expanding the applications that are well over 700 at this point.

We plan to continue to grow the brand and are already putting out our Tru-Align Alignment systems to compliment and help best utilize the power of our TSP Racing G Series Coilovers.

In today's high performance arena, there is more concentration on the whole car than ever before. The "g" force previously measured in straight line acceleration is now being mixed with the "g" force in lateral acceleration.

Within all of the suspension upgrades available for your vehicle, the most overlooked component is the sway bar link. This simple component attaches to the suspension and promotes stabilizing or "planing-out" the vehicle in a turn. Did you know that the simplicity of this link can hurt your car's performance?

Powergrid Inc. has created a system replacing the fixed-length pogo stick configurations. The Powergrid Adjustable Sway-Bar Link System provides the ability to easily adjust or tune the sway bar as part of the suspension system.

The stabilizer-bar has been overlooked as a tunable component in the production-based suspension system due to the lack of an adjustable link. The OEMs recognize that it is important to have a sway bar for cornering stability. It is installed in the suspension system and sent down the assembly line. The Powergrid system has incorporated adjustable THK resin ball-stud links. You may recognize their fixed length siblings that are finding themselves on many new production vehicles. Their toughness is supported by laboratory and field durability testing to the stringent OEM requirements. Heim joints and high misalignment spherical bearings were considered, but do not offer the compliance, the waterproof seal, and are limited in their range of angular articulation. The ball links also offer a very low friction in the joint and has up to 50 degrees of articulation. This eliminates binding and allows for smooth load transitions.

We also ship all of our batteries fully charged ready to install. Due to the long shelf life of Braille Batteries, your product should arrive ready to install fully charged.

Because of our high level of quality control we offer a free replacement warranty for the following periods:

ONE YEAR FREE REPLACEMENT*:  B106, B106C, B129, B14115, B14115C

• The product must have been registered within 30 days of purchase or have an original purchase receipt in order to be eligible for a warranty. Customer shall be responsible for shipping on any warranted replacement battery and/or on the return shipping of a battery sent in for replacement, if that battery is tested to be good.
• Each item is only eligible for one free replacement. After that a prorated price may be decided upon on a customer to customer basis depending on the situation. At times only a repeat customer discount may be offered.
• Once a customer’s product has been warranted the replacement item only holds the warranty until the expiration of the original item. The warranty does not start over on the replacement item.

Product Details

This allows the Damond Motorsports OCC to vent pressure when excess pressure is present in the crankcase. This option contains a VTA breather filter and check valve. The check valve allows one way flow of pressure out of the can, while the filter keeps debris away from the check valve. The filters are completely washable and re-usable.

The Damond Motorsports VTA option is perfect for high boosting K04's, BNR's, and other bigger turbo options.

The DDM Lighting Ultra CAN-bus HID kit is built on our proven technology to bring you an even more stable HID Kit that is compatible with your vehicles Can-bus system and provides increased longevity and performance. The Ultra Can-bus HID kits will produce over three times the output of your standard 55W halogen bulb.

Ballast: 
The ballasts have been further improved for 2015 to require less current on startup to protect the factory wiring and to extend the life of the bulb by not forcing too much power into it at once. OEM like ballasts use ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) chip to be the one of the most efficient ballasts on the market. DDM Tuning ballasts can also provide constant power to older bulbs which require more voltage to ignite. The output frequency is 250HZ, reducing the chances for electronic feedback which can cause humming in improperly grounded audio systems. DDM Lighting Ultra Can-bus ballasts will work on vehicles with a Can-bus system without additional accessories when compared to the DDM HID kit. These ballasts are virtually bulletproof and are designed to function for 10-15 years.
 
Bulbs: Our Premium Ultra HID bulbs are quite simply the best. Modeled after the Osram CBI line of performance bulbs we've sourced quartz glass from Philips, salts from APL USA and electrodes from Plansee in Austria.. On top of this we've redesigned the capsule to produce up to 20% more light than the standard Apexcone HID bulbs which are already an industry leading bulb. The quartz glass is optically clear with a UV coating to protect the headlights from UV radiation. The warm up time on the Ultra bulbs is about 20% quicker than Apexcone bulbs and will reach full brightness in 10-15 seconds.

Alignment:

ACME 35W SPEEDYSTART BALLASTS: Speedy Gonzales has nothin' on the ACME SpeedyStart 35w ballasts when it comes to warm up time. These go zero to full intensity in just 3.5 seconds! So good in fact that we've discontinued the once popular "FastBright" ballasts in their favor. Their external igniters and high voltage wiring is shielded to help mitigate EMI interference (radio static) so it's unlikely that these ballasts will disturb your afternoon rock block! They may not have some of the bells, whistles, or warranty that the more expensive options offer, but they certainly check the box when it comes to bang for the buck.

ACME 75W ARSENAL BALLASTS: Bring out the big guns! ACME's Arsenal ballast is a powerhouse. Making 75w of mosquito-melting power, these ballasts should be reserved for the back roads only! With power comes great responsibility, and for that reason we really only recommend using these with auxiliary spot lights or dedicated HID high beams. While these ballasts have a rated lifespan of 2000 hours, they will surely halve the lifespan of any HID bulb that they drive and may possibly harm the reflective finishes inside of headlight reflectors/projectors when used for prolonged periods at a time. We will not warranty any bulbs if used with these ballasts. They are not compatible with vehicles with canbus systems and/or automatic headlights.

ACME H1 BULBS: ACME H1 HID bulbs are precise, color-accurate, and most importantly: affordable! At the base of the glass capsule resides an accurate ceramic sleeve, ensuring the alignment of the capsule is exactly perpendicular to the base and ready for whatever! We'll be blunt: for their price, you're not getting a better H1 HID bulb than ACME Standards.

Originally developed for demanding race applications, K&N's Premium Wrench-Off Oil Filter has become a favorite among consumers for its durability and easy removal. Most of our automotive and marine oil filters come with a 1 inch nut welded to the top of the canister so they can be easily wrenched-off with a standard tool. To satisfy the demands of racers, our oil filter has many features over and above the requirements of most vehicles. We use thicker canister walls for extra strength and durability which reduces the risk of damage from loose rocks and debris. The drilled hole on the nut provides for safety wire attachment. Our oil filters also use a resin impregnated cellulose filter media. This allows for higher flow rates while providing outstanding filtration.
