DESCRIPTION
These are the Grimmspeed Head to Exhaust Manifold Dual Port Gaskets. These particular gaskets see some of the highest temperatures than any other gasket on the engine. With that being said anytime you remove your exhaust manifold for maintenance or for upgrades, make sure that your exhaust gaskets are in good shape to avoid exhaust leaks which can create more labor for you or your mechanic. Although the factory gaskets are made of metal materials, they can come apart upon removal.
Grimmspeed relieves this issue with a set of Exhaust Manifold Gaskets crafted from quality metal materials to promote a good exhaust manifold seal. These are sold as a pair and will come ready for the installation.

The Damond Motorsports Stage 2 Oil Catch Can Kits are an optimal upgrade to an existing Stage 1 OCC kit. The DM Stage 2 OCC kits are intended for customers running a Stage 1 OCC kit, and who are looking to further reduce crankcase pressure, blow by from the valve cover PCV port, or both. With the Stage 2 OCC kits there are a variety of PCV routing options you can choose from, to pick which option will best suit your engine's PCV needs.
In these diagrams, the routing for the Stage 1 OCC kit is in black and the Stage 2 OCC kit is in green. Routes 2 & 3 require a PCV plate, the Damond Motorsports PCV plate is available here. Route 1:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to the valve cover to intake tube.

Subaru 3.3L EG33 SVX 130.45×23 Heavy Duty Series Connecting Rods
ZRP Heavy Duty Series I-Beam shaped for extra rigidity connecting rods aimed for the High Hp/Boost applications. Built from the finest raw materials 4340 high tensile steel with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability.
The bushings made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent resistance to wear and fatigue and have radial groove for oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve stress from the material and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Bend and twist is tightly controlled while tight tolerances in the production process, ensure a perfect fitment while optimizing the oil clearances.
Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners that are rated at 220,000 psi , optional ARP L19 material available as an upgrade and the whole kit is supplied with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.

ZRP crankshafts are manufactured from aerospace grade 4340 solid billet steel and no compromises have been made to the quality of the material, in order to ensure the best possible product.
These are designed carefully, from our vast experience, to provide the best possible engine performance and the production process consists of very strict inspections to ensure that they have the best quality and tight tolerances for perfect fitment.
Subaru crankshafts have Gun drilled crank pin and counterweights to reduce weight and rotating mass also each journal having two main sources of oil feed, providing enhanced lubrication at higher RPM. (Dual passage – straight through oil feeding). We use CNC machining for precise results, multi-stage heat treatment, ION (Plasma) Nitriding for hardening and heat treatment for superior wear resistance, Magna-fluxing for flawless surface finish, shot peening for stress release, Micro-polishing for longer bearing life. Finally, they are sonic tested and X-rayed to ensure a reliable end product.
Crankshaft design features straight oil holes for better oiling of the rod journals and are balanced to 1gr.cm +/- 0.1 using the state of the art Sunnen machines. Balance report included in the package.
All ZRP Crankshafts are fully balanced and ready to install.

The high-performance pistons series will be called “Diamond Series” and they will be engineered with only one thing in mind: WINNIG RACES. These will be manufactured from Diamond Racing in the USA from 2618 material. Diamond racing company is known from the late 60s to produce the highest quality engine parts around. The past 2 decades Diamond has solely dedicated itself to manufacturing forged pistons. With all state of the art machinery they offer customers the state of the industry in machining. The Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is one of several sophisticated pieces of measuring and modeling apparatus used in Diamond’s engineering department. The CMM provides very accurate measurements, measuring the location and details of valve pockets, for example, to within a .0001in. This laser scanner is used for modeling purposes, especially for scanning piston domes where it scans thousands of surface points in minutes. Developing the highest quality pistons in the industry by using the latest CNC machinery and computer software aids, as well as providing unmatched quality control. With these credentials it was only a matter of time before we decide that this is the firm to work with for making unlimited horsepower!

Product Details
This allows the Damond Motorsports OCC to vent pressure when excess pressure is present in the crankcase. This option contains a VTA breather filter and check valve. The check valve allows one way flow of pressure out of the can, while the filter keeps debris away from the check valve. The filters are completely washable and re-usable.
The Damond Motorsports VTA option is perfect for high boosting K04's, BNR's, and other bigger turbo options.
Note: Not compatible with MS6 OCC Stage 1 Location 1, and Focus ST Stage 1 Location 1 OCC kits.

Phenolic spacers lift the intake manifold off the super heated engine to lessen the transfer of heat. Both the intake manifold and engine block are aluminum so the high heat transfers very quickly. These spacers stop that. The cooler the intake charge the more HP and TQ your engine will make.
In addition to cooling your intake charge, these will also give you larger intake volume similar to that of a throttle body spacer. This kit also has the option of including a throttle body spacer as well.
What it does:
- Greatly reduces the transer of heat from engine to intake manifold thus reducing heat soak.
- One of a kind true Phenolic material, not cutting board material like others.
- The cooler your intake temperature is the denser the air is which leads to more power
- For every 5 degree reduction in temperature, increases power by 1%.
- The cooler and denser the intake air that the engine sucks in, increases the amount of air that can be mixed with fuel thus increasing efficiency.
- Direct bolt-on.
- When running the oem gasket only, your intake manifold gets very hot to the touch, enough to burn your hand. When the oem gasket is replaced with X35's Phenolic Spacer, your hand can be placed on the intake manifold without any issues.
- We have installed both with and without OEM Subaru Gaskets and have had no issues with either way. We do recommend using 2 sets of oem gaskets however, one on both sides of the spacer.

How it works:
- The intake air in your engine travels through the airbox into the aluminum intake manifold. The air exits the intake manifold and goes directly into the engine.
- While the intake air is within the intake manifold it picks up a lot of heat from the aluminum intake manifold. This added heat reduces air density thus reducing engine power capabilities.
- In stock form your engine has a steel gasket between the intake manifold and engine which allows the heat from the engine to quickly transfer into the intake manifold. By replacing this steel gasket with the X35 Design Phenolic Spacer you are greatly reducing the transfer of engine heat into the intake manifold.
- Phenolic Spacers are able to withstand 500+ degrees F. Subaru engines run at the hotter end of operation around 200 degrees F, so the Phenolic Spacer is well within its max running temperature. Phenolic materials have been tested and are also safe to run race fuel, E85, and methanol.
- The Phenolic Spacer will conduct 300-900 times less heat than the oem steel gasket.

The Damond Motorsports Oil Catch Can kits come with everything needed for an optimized Oil Catch Can system. An oil catch can is, in a sense, a filter for the positive crankcase ventilation system. The oil catch can(OCC for short) is used to tap and contain blow-by oils and condensed crankcase gases, that would otherwise flow throughout the PCV system back into the intake tract, and allows for draining of these fluids remotely. With the addition of an OCC kit, blow-by oils and gasses are routed to the OCC, allowing them to be captured. This prevents the blow-by from entering the intake system, where it would otherwise contaminate the clean air entering the engine. Cleaner air leads to better combustion, more power, better fuel economy, less detonation, and less oily build-up on the valves.
What sets the Damond Motorsports OCC kits apart from the rest, is that we fully test our OCC components, to insure the best OCC set-up for your vehicle. Only high quality components are used in the Damond Motorsports OCC kits. Our OCC kits come tailored to fit your Focus ST perfectly, for a no-hassle, quick and simple instillation. We utilize the same quick connectors Ford uses, to ensure a factory-tight seal, as well as an easy install. All the fittings and hoses are pre-assembled on our end, so there's less work for you. And we use push-lock fittings, ensuring a tight seal that requires no need for tons of hose clamps.
Every DM Stage 1 OCC kit includes a check valve(at no additional cost), to prevent boost from possibly entering the crankcase, via the prone to leaking OEM PCV valve. The check valve allows for a 1-way operation of the OCC system, keeping everything under vacuum, to better help vent the crankcase, and keep unwanted pressure and blow-by from exiting the valve cover port.
The DM Stage 1 OCC kit connects into the intake manifold/PCV valve hose connection. Most oily blow-by contaminates travel this path from boost into vacuum transitions, where crankcase pressure has the potential to be greater, then the system immediately turns to a slight vacuum. This causes a fine oily mist that would otherwise flow into the intake manifold. With the DM Stage 1 OCC kit in place, the hoses route the blow-by to the OCC, where they can be filtered and cleaner air is sent back into the manifold. In turn the primary benefits are: cleaner air mixture, and less oily build-up on the valves and in the intake manifold.

The DM OCC features:
-Fully welded external aluminum structure. Welded on ports for a nice clean look, and to keep weight at a minimum.
-Layers and layers and layers of perforated baffle plates, allowing a large surface area for blow-by vapors to latch onto and keep the intake tract clean. The bottom layer features an oil scraper. Blow-by is forced directly onto the scraper, while the air is pushed around the sides of the can to the back of the lower chamber. The air is then drawn up diagonally through 3 more perforated plates, before it exits the top chamber.
-A super easy to use high flowing drain valve.
-Powder coated for enhanced durability.

The OEM pickup screen is crimped in a retainer and that assembly is spot welded into the pickup ‘can’. There are a couple of flaws with this process. One is that the screen is creased where the retaining ring is crimped over it. The other is the spot weld process embrittles the screen. We pushed on the screen of new OEM pickups, and several popped wire strands, without a lot of effort.
Being known for making the best Subaru Performance Oiling Products money can buy, addressing this was right up our alley. Of course, our own spin of improvements, besides the obvious had to be made to assure set it and forget reliability that comes with our products. A means for improving performance was taken advantage of during the design process as well.
The obvious big change is the tube has no bend. No bend means no restriction, and even better coming from the OEM tube because it uses a more restrictive pinch bend. The ID of the tube has been increased, and so has the thickness. The angle of the tube points it directly at the inlet into the block. Like our EJ engine Ultimate Oil Pickup this one too uses a screen to match the OEM spec opening size of the mesh. Although, we use a higher strength screen material. The screen area has been increased over 31% which reduces the restriction and stress on the screen. Our screen is lightly pressed and welded into place assuring the wire does not gets stresses or heat damages. TIG welding throughout assures proper weld penetration and quality. The material is 4130 Alloy Steel to further provide an increase in strength over the brazed stamped steel OEM version. The units have been pressure tested to 150psi over the face of the screen without issue.

What does the Damond Motorsports PCV Plate do, and what does it offer?
The PCV plate is a fully machined replacement of the factory PCV oil separator plate, with a port machined to accept an OEM Mazda PCV valve and o-ring, as well as two additional large -10 ports, thus allowing you to run a variety of PCV and OCC set-ups. With this latest version we have added a baffle plate to help reduce the amount of blow-by out of the PCV plate.
Incorporating a PCV valve port onto our plate means you are able to maintain the correct amount of vacuum on the crankcase, under all engine vacuum conditions. With the additional ports, you’re now able to easily and cleanly run dual OCC set-ups in whatever configuration that suits your car best to relieve excess crankcase pressure. The PCV valve is held into the the DM PCV plate with a retaining ring, allowing for easier install and removal of the valve.
